I can’t believe I missed my own Friday favorites, darn-it. I know exactly what I was doing that carried me away from my favorite post…planning for my catering job next week! I had to use every minute with mom to absorb her advice for this venture I’ve taken on. I am helping a sweet lady from Memphis with her food for the Texas game next weekend.
Here’s a look at the menu:
Herb roasted pork tenderloin slider with a kahlua mustard sauce–that will be in these adorable squeeze bottles with labels I also got some stickers for my brand to place on everything I am very, very excited if you can’t tell.
Cheddar, tarragon biscuits with honey baked ham and champagne mustard
Grilled chicken gyros in mini pitas with roasted peppers and a greek yogurt sauce
and finally, my Aunt Lea’s recipe for ham and poppy-seed sliders
Mom and I fleshed out the menu and sauces this weekend and worked on some packing ideas, here’s a peek at what I have going. My camera will for sure be here by Tuesday, I am going to capture the whole thing. Wish me luck!
